Who sells
Chehla imports and resells professional permanent-makeup supplies. Contact details appear in the footer and on the “Write to us” page.
No commercial-register number is shown here until one has been registered. We would rather state nothing than display an identifier that does not exist.
Who the products are for
The catalogue is addressed to trained permanent-makeup practitioners and to trainees. Products are described by composition, volume, lot and period after opening. We make no promise of outcome and no claim about harmlessness.
Ordering and confirmation
No account is needed to order. The phone number is verified by a one-time code: that is what lets us deliver, and it is the only verification asked for.
Every order is confirmed by phone before dispatch. Until it is confirmed, you can cancel it yourself from the tracking page.
Pricing
All prices are shown in Algerian dinars, all taxes included. The price shown is what you hand the courier: there is no tax line and no fee added at the last step.
Delivery
Delivery 600 DA, 400 DA in Algiers, free from 7,500 DA. We deliver to the address given at checkout and to that address only; the courier calls before arriving. The estimate is in working days, excluding Friday, Saturday and public holidays; the far south takes longer.
Payment
Payment is cash on receipt only. The courier cannot give change below 50 DA, so every total is computed to be payable exactly, in multiples of 50.
Warranties and returns
You may return an item you no longer want within the commercial window stated on our Returns page. Any faulty or wrong item is taken back at our cost (Law no. 18-05 on e-commerce, article 23). Appliances, instruments and tools also carry the legal warranty (Law no. 09-03, article 13, and Executive Decree no. 13-327), whose length is shown on each product page; the three regimes are set out on the Returns page.
These pages describe what the shop does today. They have not yet been reviewed by a lawyer against Algerian e-commerce law.
