What we keep
Your phone number, your name, your delivery address and the contents of your orders. The phone number is your account’s identifier: it is how you sign in and how the courier reaches you.
The email address is optional. Everything works without it: tracking, cancellation, returns, receipt. It is used to send the receipt and order updates by email and — only if you tick the box provided — our new arrivals.
Who receives them
To deliver your order, the delivery company carrying your parcel receives your name, your phone numbers, your address, a short description of the contents and the amount to collect. We work with several delivery partners; their list is available on request.
The one-time code
The code sent over SMS is never stored in the database: it lives a few minutes in temporary memory and then disappears. It only proves the number is yours.
For how long
Orders are kept as accounting records. If you delete your account, your addresses, favourites and reviews are erased, and your orders are detached from your account while remaining recorded.
Your requests
You can delete your account yourself from the account area. For any other request about your data, write to us.
These pages describe what the shop does today. They have not yet been reviewed by a lawyer against Algerian e-commerce law.
