No. You order without one. You enter your details, confirm your number with a code sent by SMS, and that is it. An account is offered after the order, in one tap, if you want your history — never before.
Payment happens at delivery, so there is no online payment step to prove an order is real. The code confirms the number is yours, which prevents parcels being sent to wrong numbers. It is valid for 30 minutes.
Yes. Write to us on WhatsApp (the number is in the footer and on the Contact page) with the item, variant and quantity. The order is then entered into the same system: same order number, same confirmation call, same tracking.
In cash, to the courier, when the parcel reaches you. Nothing is paid in advance and no online payment method is offered.
Yes. All prices include tax and no tax line is added anywhere. The total in the summary is exactly what you hand the courier, delivery included.
Yes, as far as possible. The courier carries no float and cannot give change below 50 DA. Every total is computed in multiples of 50 DA precisely so the amount is always payable at the door. The exact figure is in the confirmation message and on the tracking page.
600 DA anywhere in Algeria, 400 DA in Algiers, and free from 7,500 DA. One tariff, whatever the wilaya.
2 to 5 working days, a little longer for the far south. Friday, Saturday and public holidays do not count. The estimated date is computed for your wilaya and shown before you confirm.
A courier from our delivery partner brings the parcel to the address you gave, and calls you before arriving. He may introduce himself under his own delivery company’s name: it is still your Chehla order. The reference to give, to him or to us, is your order number (it starts with CHL-), and the tracking page on this site shows where the parcel is.
No — we deliver only to the address you give us, and you pay the courier then. He calls before arriving. If you are hard to reach during the day, give the studio address rather than your home, or an address where someone can take the parcel and pay for you: that is the only arrangement available.
The courier calls before arriving, and usually calls again. That is why the second number asked for at checkout matters: an unanswered call is the leading cause of a returned parcel. If you are rarely reachable, give the studio address, or that of someone who can take the parcel and pay for you.
They are imported directly, with no local intermediary. Every reference states its origin, its pack size and, where the maker provides it, the lot number and shelf life. We describe what a product is and how it is stored.
Away from light and heat, bottle closed, at a stable room temperature. The durability date and lot are on the bottle; the Use & storage page covers handling between sessions.
A manual pen, a pigment from the right family, something to map and measure with, the single-use consumables for a session, and a practice head for the hand. The home page lays this bill out, priced, with the matching references.
A return request opens from the order once it has been delivered, within the window stated on the Return policy page. You pick the lines, the reason and what you want — exchange, replacement or refund. A person reviews it; nothing is automatic.
Open a return request with the matching reason and attach photos if you can — they speed things up considerably, without being required. We reply with what to do next.
Yes. Any item that is faulty or not what you ordered is taken back at our cost if you tell us shortly after delivery, and appliances, instruments and tools also carry the legal warranty, whose length is shown on each product's page. The details are in our return policy.
Only people who have received their order can leave a review, from their account. Every review is read before it is published, to remove what is off-topic or abusive, never to remove criticism. Reviews appear on a product’s page once it has enough of them.
Yes, while it is still unconfirmed, from the tracking page. A code is sent to the order’s number to check the request is really yours. After that, contact us: the parcel may already be with the carrier.
It is the only way to reach you to confirm the order and for the courier to call. It is also your identity: there are no passwords on this site — signing in is a code sent to that number.
No. It is only used to send the invoice by email and order updates. Offers and new arrivals are a separate box, never pre-ticked. Without one, everything still works: tracking, cancellation, history, downloadable invoice.
Your details are used to process and deliver the order, and passed to the carrier for that. You can delete your account at any time; past orders stay in our books, no longer linked to you.
The pigments, needles and manual pens in this catalogue are intended for professional use only, by a practitioner trained in the relevant technique (machine or manual microblading). They are not designed for home use or use by an untrained person.
Before every session, carry out a patch test on a small area at least 24 to 48 hours before applying pigment, and record the result on the client's file. If a reaction occurs, do not use the product on that client.
Every pigment bottle carries a batch number and a packing date. Record the batch number you used in your own session register, with the date and the client's name, so a batch can be traced back if a question arises later.
Store pigments and aftercare products between 5 and 25 °C, away from direct light. The shelf life after opening is stated on every listing (see the product page) — stop using the product once it has passed.
